Atlas traditional mortar.

Key features:

for ceramic, concrete and silicate elements

for thick joints 6-40 mm

compressive strength - min. 5.0 N/mm2

high plasticity

Description:

ATLAS MURRAY SAVE is recommended for traditional thick joint masonry - allows correction of dimensional inaccuracies of wall elements.
- It allows for the erection of above-ground storeys, basement walls and foundations - in reinforced and non-reinforced elements subject to structural requirements.
- It connects the elements into a stable and durable wall - it is a soft and resilient matrix in which rigid elements such as bricks, stones and blocks are embedded.
- Protects individual masonry components - bricks, blocks, hollow blocks - from deterioration - provides a buffer limiting the effect of load stresses under the influence of successive layers of masonry and heat and moisture changes in the surroundings.
- Type of masonry - bricks, blocks and other such ceramic, lime-sand and concrete materials

Packaging available - 25 kg paper bags.

Main properties:

ATLAS MURARWA ZAPRAWA is produced as a dry mixture of the highest quality cement binder, quartz fillers and refining additives

compressive strength - category M5

prepared in the factory - guarantees uniform mortar working properties and technical parameters of joints after setting

easy and convenient to use - has very good workability, plasticity and high adhesion

has an extended working time - about 4 hours

so called anti-freezing agents may be added to the mortar allowing for works at lower temperatures, i.e. below +5 °C - a new temperature range for mortar application, mortar preparation method (especially the correction of the amount of water to be added), work principles and mortar setting conditions should be adopted according to the additive manufacturer's indications; the amount of the added anti-freezing agent depends on the cement content in the mortar - the ratio of cement:fillers in ATLAS ZAPRA MURARSKIEJ is 1:3. Caution. The mortar manufacturer is not responsible for the effects and quality of the anti-freeze additives used.

Main parameters:

layer thickness: 6 - 40 mm

strength - min. 5.0 N/mm2

Consumption: depending on the thickness of the brick (1 or 1/2) 40 - 100 kg / m2 of dry mortar at a bed thickness of approximately 1 cm.
